Many of our mixers are house made and since Bar Congress maintains a strong commitment to classically executed craft cocktails, there is no high fructose corn syrup anywhere to be found. A state-of-the-art, 16-bottle Enomatic Wine System makes it possible for us to offer a wide array of wines, ports and sakes by the glass.
